I don't know how I found you. Some Google misstep that presented the name Minoru, which brought you to mind. Further digging and voila! Anyway, sorry to hear about your flooding. I do have a recommendation though. Try FLOR products if you feel the need to carpet the floor again. These are carpet tiles that are fairly large, very stylish, reasonably priced and if they get soggy, you can pluck them up lickety split and dry or replace. Just a thought.
